Three agency levels

Different levels, connected responsibilities.

Actual permissions and available actions depend on the agency level, its relationships, configuration, and current status.

Network level 01

National Agency

Operates at the National level within the configured JSC hierarchy and supports the connected agency network.

  • National-level agency workspace
  • Referral and attribution visibility
  • Linked network and activity records
  • Module Credit and statement access where enabled
Network level 03

Local Agency

Provides the closest operational link for employer assistance, worker registration, and referral-supported access.

  • Local referral link and QR access
  • Employer and worker support
  • Registration and application visibility
  • Credit and activity records where enabled
Agency operations

What the network is built to manage.

The portal connects the public referral journey to agency, employer, worker, credit, and accountability records.

Referral links and QR attribution

Carry an agency reference into the public worker registration journey.

Employer support

Connect employer profiles, portal access, workers, and Module Credit activity.

Worker support

Assist registration and follow the application outcome and available actions.

Module Credit activity

Review purchases, wallet movements, and permitted credit operations.

Credit codes where available

Generate or redeem codes only when the agency level, status, and balance allow it.

Statements and records

Keep agency activity, supporting records, and downloadable statements together.

Capabilities are controlled. Agency level, status, first-purchase state, parent relationships, available balances, and system configuration can affect which actions are available.
Controlled onboarding

From agency request to an active portal.

Agency access is reviewed and activated through the system’s approval workflow—not self-approved on the public site.

  1. 1

    Begin through an authorised route

Contact JSC or use the applicable network onboarding channel.

  2. 2

    Application is recorded

The required company, contact, geography, and supporting details are entered.

  3. 3

    Admin review and approval

JSC reviews the application before an Agency record can be activated.

  4. 4

    Portal credentials are issued

The activated agency receives role-aware access for the correct agency level.

  5. 5

    Initial password is changed

The agency secures its new account before entering the operational workspace.
