How does a construction worker start registration?
A worker starts through a valid agency referral link or QR code, or through the configured active default JSC National referral when public registration is available.
What is the difference between an agency referral and the default National referral?
An agency referral attributes the registration to that active supporting agency. When no explicit referral is supplied, the configured active default JSC National referral supports the public registration route.
What details should a worker prepare?
Prepare the worker's full name, identity details, nationality, date of birth, gender, reachable email and phone, address, preferred language, and a secure account password.
Which course languages are supported?
The public registration journey offers the 10 course languages currently available in ESICWV3. The worker should choose the language they understand best before submitting registration.
What are the five e-SICW modules?
The five-module journey covers an introduction, site hazards, personal protection, emergency response, and safe work awareness.
Where do learning and assessment take place?
JSC supports registration, referral attribution, and the access handoff. Course learning, assessment, result, required verification, and certificate processing continue in the related external e-SICW environment.
When can a worker access the certificate?
Certificate access follows a successful assessment result and the required verification in the e-SICW journey. The available worker actions depend on that current outcome.
How is an Employer portal account activated?
There is no generic public Employer signup. An authorised JSC or agency workflow links the company profile, activates the Employer portal account, and supplies initial access credentials.
What are Employer Module Credits used for?
An Employer Module Credit wallet funds employer-linked worker applications. An employer-linked worker does not use the individual self-pay route for that enrollment.
What can an Employer track in the portal?
Employers can manage linked workers, prepare applications, review Module Credit activity, follow Pending, Pass, or Fail outcomes, and use protected certificate or CIMS actions when available.
What are the National, State, and Local Agency levels?
They are the three configured agency levels in the JSC hierarchy. Each level has its own network relationships and role-aware portal capabilities for referrals, support, credits, and records.
Why might an agency action be unavailable?
Available actions can depend on the agency level, current status, parent relationship, first-purchase state, wallet balance, and financial or operational configuration.
What should I do if I cannot log in?
Confirm that the correct role-aware account was activated and that any required initial password change was completed. If access still fails, contact the supporting agency or JSC using the verified contact details on this site.
