1Scope
These terms apply to use of the JSC public website and authenticated services operated by Just Success Consortium Sdn. Bhd.. The available journey depends on whether the user is a Worker, Employer, Agency, JSC Admin, Finance user, or another authorised role.
2Role-aware accounts
Users must sign in with the correct account for their assigned role, keep credentials secure, and provide accurate information. Accounts and actions must not be shared, impersonated, or used outside the authority of the linked Worker, company, Agency, or JSC role. Initial password changes or other security steps may be required before access continues.
3Worker registration and referrals
Public Worker registration is available only through a valid active Agency referral or the configured active default JSC National referral. The referral and selected course language may be carried into registration. Workers are responsible for reviewing identity, contact, and language information before submission.
Employer-linked Workers follow the Employer-funded route and do not use the individual self-pay route for that enrollment.
4Employer and Agency access
Employer and Agency accounts are activated through authorised workflows; they are not generic public signups. Each role can use only the features enabled for its profile, relationships, status, balances, and system configuration. Employers and Agencies are responsible for the accuracy and authority of records they submit or manage.
5Module Credits and payment records
Module Credits are system units used for eligible JSC application workflows; they are not represented on the public site as cash balances. Purchases, payments, transfers, redemptions, wallet movements, invoices, receipts, statements, and adjustments follow the permissions and confirmation rules shown in the relevant authenticated workspace.
Users must review quantities, parties, payment references, and confirmation details before completing an authorised transaction. Confirmed movement records are maintained for accountability; corrections may require a reversal or adjustment rather than deletion. The current verification, cancellation, refund and digital-fulfilment rules are published in the Payment Policy.
6External e-SICW dependency
JSC and the related e-SICW learning environment are separate systems. Course content, learning progress, assessment, result, required verification, and certificate generation are handled through the external e-SICW journey. JSC may exchange references and status information through authenticated integrations but does not control every external-system function or availability.
7Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass role or status controls, misuse referral or credit mechanisms, submit false information, interfere with service security, upload harmful material, or use another party’s identity or account without authority. Automated or bulk activity must be expressly authorised.
8Availability and changes
Features may be unavailable or limited because of maintenance, security controls, account or Agency status, insufficient balances, configuration, external provider availability, migration state, or operational requirements. JSC may update the site, workflows, integrations, and these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will be published here.
9Intellectual property
JSC branding, software, interface content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. External e-SICW, CIDB-related, payment-provider, and third-party names, systems, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10Responsibilities and limitations
Users remain responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, the security of their accounts, and following instructions shown in the relevant workflow. Public guidance explains the JSC journey but does not replace official instructions presented by the external e-SICW environment or other applicable authorities and providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JSC is not responsible for interruption or outcomes caused solely by inaccurate user information, unauthorised account use, unsupported devices or connectivity, or the availability and decisions of separate external systems.
11Restriction or suspension
Access or individual actions may be restricted when required for security, suspected misuse, inaccurate or unauthorised records, inactive or unapproved status, missing relationships, insufficient balances, or breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the relevant user can contact the supporting Agency or JSC for review.
